Barcelona, sites by Antoni Gaudí

skorobogatov-aleksandr_barcelona_by_antoni_gaudi.jpgNew in the photoblog: Barcelona, sites by Antoni Gaudí. I’m not going to explain who was Antoni Gaudí (one of the most remarkable Catalan artist and architect), or in which styles he’d worked (Catalan Modernism, Neo-Gothic, Naturalism etc.), as you either know it better and / or don’t give a damn, which is equally great. I’ll just mention that some of the sites (such as Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, Park Güell etc.) were built by Master himself, whereas some other objects (like the Estrella Damm beer mug or the ruins with the cool ‘Occupy Resiste’ marking on it) were manufactured by someone else. On the other hand, Estrella Damm is great against the Catalan heat, and the ruins are in the close vicinity of the Park Güell, which almost makes the ruins a part of the site. Take a look.
